How BOGO Works

Our BOGO promotion is a mix and match offer — the free item is NOT added to your cart automatically. You must manually add BOTH items to your cart before checking out. Once both qualifying items are in your cart, the lower-priced item will be discounted at checkout. No discount code is needed — but both items must be in the cart for the discount to apply..

Example: If you add a protein powder ($54.99) and a collagen product ($44.99) to your cart during a BOGO sale, the collagen ($44.99) would be the free item since it’s the lower-priced product. BOTH items need to be added to cart.

Which Products Are Included?

The products included in a BOGO promotion vary by sale. Check the promotion details on our website or in the email/text announcing the sale for specifics on which products qualify. A2 Protein Vanilla Creme and A2 Protein Chocolate milk are not included in the BOGO sale.

Important Things to Know

• BOGO is a limited-time promotion. It’s available during specific sale events - keep an eye on your email and texts so you don’t miss one!
• BOGO does not combine with other discount codes. Because the BOGO discount is already applied automatically, additional promo codes cannot be stacked on top of it.
• The discount applies to the lowest-priced qualifying item in your cart.

Free Item Not Showing at Checkout?

If your BOGO discount doesn’t seem to be reflected at checkout, double-check the following:

• Make sure the promotion is still active (check the sale’s start and end dates).
• Confirm that the items in your cart are included in the current BOGO offer.
• Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache.
