Discount Code Troubleshooting

Trying to use a discount code and it’s not working? Here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

Check the Spelling and Spacing

Make sure the code is entered exactly as it was provided, with no extra spaces before or after the code. Codes are not case-sensitive, but any typos will prevent them from applying.

Check If the Code Has Expired

Some discount codes are only valid for a limited time. If you received the code in an email or text, check the message for any expiration dates or terms.

One-Time Use Codes

Certain codes can only be used once per customer. If you’ve already used the code on a previous order, it won’t work again.

Minimum Purchase Requirements

Some discounts require a minimum cart value before they’ll apply. Check the promotion details to see if there’s a minimum spend.

Product Exclusions

Not all codes apply to every product. Some promotions are limited to specific items or collections. Check the terms of the promotion to confirm your cart items qualify.

BOGO Conflicts

Discount codes cannot be combined with our BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) promotions. If a BOGO sale is currently active, that discount is applied automatically at checkout instead. You won’t be able to stack an additional code on top of it.

Forgot to Apply Your Code Before Checkout?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to add a discount code to an order after it’s been completed. But don’t worry - if you have a valid code, you can absolutely use it on your next order.

If you’ve checked all of the above and your code still isn’t applying, contact us with the code you’re trying to use and a screenshot of the error if possible. We’ll figure out what’s going on and make sure you get taken care of.
