How to Place an Order

Ordering from ViCera Nutrition is quick and easy! Here’s how to get your favorite supplements on the way to you.

Placing Your Order

1. Head to viceranutrition.com and browse our products.
2. Select the product(s) you’d like, choose your quantity, and click Add to Cart.
3. When you’re ready, click the cart icon and select Checkout.
4. Enter your shipping address, select your shipping method, and complete your payment.
5. You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away - keep an eye on your inbox!

Choosing One-Time Purchase vs. Subscription

On each product page, you’ll see the option to purchase as a one-time order or set up a subscription for automatic delivery. Subscriptions save you time (and who doesn’t love that?) - you can manage everything through your ReCharge subscription portal at any time.

Applying a Discount Code

Have a promo code? On the checkout page, look for the Discount Code field. Enter your code and click Apply before completing your purchase. You’ll see the discount reflected in your order total.

Tip: Discount codes need to be applied before you complete checkout - we’re unable to add them after an order has been placed.

Trouble Completing Checkout?

If you’re running into issues at checkout, try these quick fixes:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
• Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
• Disable browser extensions that might interfere with the checkout page.
• Double-check your payment details - make sure your card number, expiration date, and billing address are entered correctly.
• Check your internet connection - a slow or unstable connection can interrupt checkout.
