Managing Your Communication Preferences
We love staying in touch, but we totally respect your inbox (and your phone). Here’s how to manage what you hear from us and how.
Unsubscribing from Marketing Emails
If you’d like to stop receiving promotional emails from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. You’ll be removed from our promotional email list.
Please note: Unsubscribing from marketing emails won’t affect transactional emails like order confirmations, shipping updates, or subscription renewal reminders - you’ll still receive those so you stay informed about your orders.
Our emails are sent through Klaviyo, and your preferences will be updated automatically once you unsubscribe.
Unsubscribing from Text Messages (SMS)
If you signed up for text message updates and would like to opt out, you can:
- Reply STOP to any text message you’ve received from us.
Your number will be removed from our SMS list through Postscript. Just like with email, opting out of marketing texts won’t affect order-related notifications.
How Often Do You Send Emails?
We currently send approximately 10–12 marketing emails per month, which is actually below the industry average. We aim to keep our communications valuable and relevant - not spammy!
Not on Social Media?
We share promotions and updates on Instagram and Facebook, but we know not everyone is on social media. The best way to stay in the loop without social media is to stay subscribed to our email list - that’s where we share all our promotions, product launches, and special offers.
