Missing Items
If your order arrived but is missing one or more items, here are a couple of things to know:
- Some orders ship in multiple packages. Check your tracking information to see if a second shipment is on the way. You may receive a separate tracking email for each package.
- If all packages have been delivered and you’re still missing something, contact us with your order number and let us know which item(s) are missing. We’ll make it right.
Wrong Items Received
If you received a product you didn’t order, reach out to us with your order number and a description (or photo) of what you received. We’ll get the correct item(s) shipped to you right away.
Order Shipped in Two Separate Packages
Sometimes we ship orders in more than one package depending on product availability and warehouse location. If you received part of your order, the rest is likely on the way! Check your email for additional tracking information.
