Here’s everything you need to know about getting your ViCera Nutrition products to your door.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, including to Canada. We know that’s a bummer for our friends outside the U.S., and we appreciate your patience as we explore options for the future!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate packages  -   check your email for multiple tracking notifications.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You’ll see estimated delivery times during the checkout process.

What If My Package Is Marked as Delivered but I Didn’t Receive It?

This can be frustrating  -  here are a few steps to try:

  1. Check around your delivery area  -  look at side doors, porches, garages, mailboxes, or with a neighbor.
  2. Wait 24 hours. Sometimes tracking updates as “delivered” before the carrier actually drops off the package.
  3. Check with others at your address to see if someone else picked it up.
  4. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for more details.

 

If you’ve tried all of the above and still can’t locate your package, reach out to us with your order number and we’ll work with you on a resolution.

Damaged Package

If your order arrived damaged or you received an empty or damaged carton, contact us right away. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll get you taken care of.

Updating Your Shipping Address

Need to change your address? Here’s what to do:

  • Before your order ships: Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and updated address.
  • After your order ships: Unfortunately, we can’t modify the address once a package is in transit. If the package is returned to us, we’ll work with you to reship it.
  • For subscription orders: You can update your shipping address anytime through your subscription portal.

Requesting a Shipment Delay

Heading out of town or just not ready for your next delivery? For one-time orders that haven’t shipped yet, contact us and we’ll do our best to hold it. For subscription orders, you can skip or reschedule directly in your subscription portal.
