Updating Your Order

Need to make a change after you’ve placed your order? We totally get it - here’s what we can help with.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address, and we’ll do our best to make the change before it goes out.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to modify the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll work with you to get it reshipped.

Requesting a Shipment Delay

Going on vacation or just not ready for your next order? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, reach out and let us know - we’ll do our best to hold it for you.

For subscription orders, you can skip or reschedule upcoming shipments directly through your subscription portal - no need to contact us!

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we’ll track it down for you.
