How Refunds Work

Wondering when you’ll get your money back after a return? Here’s what to expect.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return has started tracking back to our facility, we’ll process your refund. Here’s the typical timeline:

  1. Your return starts tracking after it has been shipped.
  2. Your refund is issued to your original payment method (the card or payment method you used at checkout).
  3. The refund appears in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed on our end.

Why Hasn’t My Refund Shown Up Yet?

If it’s been more than 10 business days since you received your refund confirmation email and you still don’t see it in your account, here are a few things to check:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement carefully - sometimes refunds appear under a slightly different name.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company - some banks take longer to post refunds than others.

 

If you’ve checked with your bank and still don’t see it, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.

Refund for a Missing Discount

If you were supposed to receive a discount or promotion that wasn’t applied to your order, contact us with your order number and the details of the promotion. We’ll review it and issue a refund for the difference if applicable.
