How to Cancel Your Subscription

We’ll be sad to see you go, but canceling is easy and you can do it directly from your account.

How to Cancel

1. Go to your subscription portal.
2. Log in with the email address you used when you created your subscription.
3. Once you’re logged in, find the subscription you’d like to cancel.
4. Click Cancel and follow the prompts to confirm.
5. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been canceled.

Want to Cancel Just One Product?

If you subscribe to multiple products but only want to cancel one, you can remove individual items from your subscription without affecting your other products. Just follow the same steps above and select only the specific product you’d like to cancel.

Having Trouble with the Cancellation Button?

If the cancel button isn’t responding, try these quick fixes:

• Clear your browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.
• Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge).
• Make sure you’re logged in with the correct email address.
