How to Pause Your Subscription
Need a longer break from deliveries? You can pause your subscription so no shipments go out until you’re ready to restart.
How to Pause
- Go to your subscription portal.
- Log in with the email address you used when you created your subscription.
- Once you’re logged in, find the subscription you’d like to pause.
- Click Pause and confirm.
- That’s it! No shipments will process until you come back and reactivate.
How to Reactivate
When you’re ready to start getting deliveries again:
- Go to your subscription portal and log in.
- Find your paused subscription.
- Click Reactivate and your subscription will pick up right where you left off.
