How to Reschedule a Subscription Shipment
Need your next order a little sooner or a little later? You can adjust the date of your upcoming shipment from your account.
How to Reschedule
- Go to your subscription portal.
- Log in with the email address you used when you created your subscription.
- Once you’re logged in, find the upcoming shipment you’d like to move.
- Select a new delivery date that works better for you.
- Save your changes. Your shipment will now process on the new date.
Good to Know
- Rescheduling a single shipment does not change your overall subscription frequency. Future shipments will continue on their regular schedule based on the new date.
