How to Skip a Subscription Shipment
Not ready for your next delivery? No problem! You can skip your upcoming shipment directly from your account.
How to Skip a Shipment
- Go to your subscription portal.
- Log in with the email address you used when you created your subscription.
- Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your active subscriptions.
- Find the upcoming shipment you’d like to skip.
- Click Skip next to that shipment.
- You’re all set! Your subscription stays active and will pick back up on the next scheduled date.
Good to Know
- Skipping a shipment does not cancel your subscription. Your next delivery will process on its regular schedule after the skipped date.
- You can skip as many upcoming shipments as you need.
