How to Start a Return

Ready to send something back? We use Loop Returns to make the process as smooth as possible. Here’s exactly how to do it.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Visit our returns portal at https://vicera.loopreturns.com/#/
2. Enter your order number and the zip code you used at checkout.
3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
4. Follow the prompts to complete your return request.
5. You’ll receive an email with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
6. Pack up your item(s), attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at the designated carrier.

Where Do I Find My Order Number?

Your order number is in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. If you can’t find it, contact us with the email address you used at checkout and we’ll look it up for you.

How Long Do I Have to Ship My Return?

Once you’ve initiated your return through the portal, please ship your package back promptly. If you need extra time, contact us and we’ll work with you.
