Your subscription price is locked in at the rate shown when you signed up. If there are ever any changes to pricing, we’ll always let you know in advance via email.
How to Check Your Subscription Price
- Go to your subscription portal.
- Log in with the email address you used when you created your subscription.
- Your active subscriptions and their pricing will be displayed on your account page.
Seeing an Unexpected Charge?
If you see a charge you weren’t expecting, here are a few things to check:
- Duplicate subscription: You may have accidentally created two subscriptions for the same product. Log in to your subscription portal and check if there are duplicate entries.
- Subscription you thought was canceled: If you skipped or paused but didn’t fully cancel, your subscription may have resumed. Check your account to confirm the status.
