Subscription Renewal Reminders

You’ll receive an email reminder before each subscription shipment processes, so you always have a heads up and time to make changes if needed.

What to Do When You Get a Reminder

If you’d like to make changes before your next shipment goes out:

1. Go to your subscription portal.
2. Log in with the email address you used when you created your subscription.
3. From there, you can skip, reschedule, pause, or cancel before the renewal date shown in your reminder email.

Make sure to make any changes before the renewal date in the email, or your shipment will process as scheduled.
